Recruitment requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in Internet industry product design, and more than 2 years of experience in mobile Internet product design.
- Experienced the various stages of the product from demand research, prototype design, function development, to release and launch.
- Clear thinking, strong expression and communication skills, and the ability to communicate and coordinate across departments.
- Sensitive to UI/UX design, with a deep understanding and practical experience in interaction design.
- Strong logic, broad knowledge, certain market research ability and data analysis ability.
- For the writing of product documents, it is logical and can explain complex rules in a simple and systematic way.
- Have the spirit of innovation, like new things, and love to learn.
- Experience in lottery related products is preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for research and analysis of user needs, market needs and business needs, continuously optimize products, improve product quality, and improve user satisfaction;
- Responsible for research on competitive platforms, clarifying product requirements, making axure prototypes, writing detailed product requirements documents and organizing reviews, coordinating and promoting the work of UI, development, and testing teams
- Supervise and follow up product planning, design, definition, quality control of development and final product release;
- Participate in the formulation of the company's product strategy and development goals, participate in the analysis of operational data, adjust product priorities in a timely manner, promote iterative updates of versions, and ensure continuous product optimization;
