Job Title : Senior Product Manager

Recruitment requirements
1. Have more than 5 years of experience in product design, and more than 3 years of experience in sports product design;
2. Can independently write PRD and make high-fidelity prototypes;
3. Have good communication and teamwork skills;
4. Understanding GA, Matomo... and other analysis tools is preferred;
5. A certain understanding or experience in UIUX is preferred;
Job Responsibilities
1. In-depth understanding of user needs, in-depth analysis of data, research and reference from the experience of advanced websites at home and abroad, formulate continuous optimization plans for user experience and make page prototypes;
2. Lead team members such as UI, UX/UE and designers, coordinate technical resources and set priorities, ensure that important projects are launched on time, and be responsible for work quality and business results;
3. Conduct comparative tests and data analysis on multiple product solutions to determine the best improvement plan;
4. Monitor the traffic, conversion rate and user feedback after the product is launched, and continue to improve;
