3. Have a deep understanding of user experience, be good at discovering user pain points and creatively propose solutions;
4. Based on user feedback and business data, propose the iterative direction of product optimization and grasp the rhythm;
5. Pay attention to industry trends, understand the situation of competing products, and be able to lead the product team to continuously improve product experience and data indicators.
