Recruitment requirements
1. More than 2 years of experience in event planning, proficient in online event planning, special planning and data analysis;
2. Have sufficient understanding of the BC market, have insight into market development, have the ability to analyze competing products, and have experience in comprehensive platform work is preferred;
3. Must have at least one work experience or skill in online community, marketing promotion, and event planning, and have more than one year of practical experience.
4. Have clear and active planning thinking, have a sense of innovation, and have flexible subjective creativity in event planning
5. Possess rich organizational management capabilities, coordination and communication skills, and teamwork awareness;
6. Education: University or above; familiar with Office software operation
7. Language requirements: English -- listening/medium, speaking/medium, reading/proficient, writing/proficient
Job Responsibilities
1. Arrange and design in-game activities, including testing and effective communication with other teams, and solve all problems in the process.
2. Activity execution and effectiveness tracking, and use data to support and continuously optimize activity planning.
3. Write data analysis reports based on statistical data and user feedback, and through game activity design and content optimization, develop new users, recruit old users, retain existing users, and maximize revenue.
4. Game agency maintenance and condition negotiation.
