Recruitment requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of growth experience, video platform growth experience is preferred;
2. Excellent data analysis ability and product operation ability;
3. Good structured thinking ability, clear logic, good at solving complex problems;
4. Excellent project management ability, external communication and coordination ability and execution ability, goal and result orientation;
Good self-driving spirit, strong learning ability, strong resistance to pressure, and tenacity.
Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the growth strategy analysis of the video up master and content of the whole station, formulate and implement the operation strategy, and be responsible for the scale of user growth;
2. Control the entire link of topic selection, material, customer acquisition, and conversion growth, continuously optimize strategies and refine operations, and improve the conversion efficiency of the entire link;
3. Use various growth methods such as creator star fan relationship, event operation, product operation, etc. to complete the target of user scale and per capita output;
4. Coordinate product, R&D, and other project teams, coordinate and optimize resource allocation, and ensure efficient implementation of strategies.
