Recruitment requirements
1. More than 3 years familiar with data center basic network technology, able to complete data center network architecture design
2. More than 3 years familiar with the management and troubleshooting experience of security equipment from Sangfor, Fortinet, Juniper, Cisco, Ruckus and other manufacturers
3. More than 2 years of VMware, Vcenter6.5 or above virtualization server department, experience in construction, migration, upgrade and maintenance
4. Have a certain understanding of VOIP and be able to capture and troubleshoot voice data
5. Familiar with the principle and planning and deployment of OSPF routing protocol, IPSEC VPN, SSL VPN application and troubleshooting
6. Have Windows Server management experience, proficient in AD, Exchange, RMS, CA and a series of service construction and maintenance management
7. Have EMC SAN storage, NAS storage, SAN switch management and maintenance experience
8. Proficiency in operating various monitoring products Zabbix, Grafana, prtg, telegram bot
9. Possess RHCE/CCNP/MSCE is preferred
10. Possess relevant work experience in computer room construction, management and migration
11. Experience in automated operation and maintenance optimization management, such as PowerShell, bat, etc.
12. Good team work, independent working ability and team management awareness
13. Have a strong enterprising spirit,
Educational background; Bachelor degree or above in computer science
3-5 years of relevant work experience
Job Responsibilities
1. Familiar with ITIL process management specifications, and manage operation and maintenance affairs according to the process
2. Responsible for assisting in the management of Filipino employees, English can be used for work communication and task assignment
3. Responsible for the company's IT infrastructure construction and upgrading, implementation of network security solutions, software and hardware applications, etc.
4. Regular security audits and tracking and feedback on security incidents
5. Sort and analyze user needs, classify and summarize them and realize estimates, and propose demand analysis reports and realization plans
