Recruitment requirements
1. More than 3 years of working experience in related positions in the game or guild management industry, with a large number of manufacturers and publishing resources;
2. Good logical thinking and data analysis ability;
3. Familiar with the trend of the game market, have a certain industry sensitivity and business acumen, and have a good judgment ability on both products and markets;
4. Good communication and coordination ability, resource coordination ability and process management ability;
5. Good self-drive and sense of responsibility, ability to resist pressure, and strong result orientation.
Job Responsibilities
1. Independently expand csgo game guild resources, introduce cooperative anchors or guilds, and establish long-term and stable cooperative relations with them;
2. Independently complete business negotiations, deeply participate in the planning and progress supervision of cooperation projects, and complete business matters such as cooperation negotiations and contract signing;
3. Coordinate product, operation and other team resources, optimize business cooperation process, promote efficient project implementation, and gradually optimize work process;
4. Collaborate in operation, analyze the operation data of the game business, actively communicate with CP , and improve the operation quality and effect of the online products of the game center;
5. Exploration of new cooperation models in the game industry;
6. Regularly collect and sort out research and analysis on the cooperation and operation status of the industry and similar products.
