Recruitment requirements
1. More than one year of experience in network management and server network management;
2. Possess basic theoretical knowledge of computers, and independent software and hardware troubleshooting and solving capabilities;
3. Have team management experience and good work coordination ability;
4. Familiar with Windows , mainstream Linux , and Mac systems, able to handle daily office terminal software and hardware issues;
5. Able to independently investigate network-related problems, handle emergency incidents, provide safety production guarantee services, put forward reasonable optimization suggestions for current problems in the system, and regularly compile system operation reports, etc.
6. It is required to work on site in the office, good communication skills in Chinese and English, Chinese is preferred
Responsibilities _
1. Responsible for the maintenance and management of the internal local area network and related network terminal equipment, and handle network and computer failures;
2. Do a good job in the safety precautions, inspection and maintenance of the computer room and wiring room;
3. Perform daily maintenance and management of office equipment; write daily operation and maintenance documents, troubleshooting documents, etc.;
4. Responsible for checking and killing client viruses, and checking and controlling unauthorized network access devices in the office;
5. Register company assets and track usage status; analyze and optimize usage costs to maximize asset utilization;
6. Track and audit desktop IT tasks;
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
