Recruitment requirements
1. More than 3 years of work experience, at least 1 year of KOL resource development experience;
2. Good communication and negotiation skills;
3. Have a strong ability to resist pressure, be familiar with KOL marketing ideas, have the courage to break through and complete performance indicators;
4. Have basic data analysis ability;
Responsibilities _
1. Excavation of mainstream platforms and offline channel KOLs in Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and other Southeast Asian regions; make in-depth contact with them and complete the entry of our platform;
2. Be able to conduct value evaluation and cooperation willingness analysis on KOL through direct data or indirect data;
3. Write a marketing plan, use various negotiation skills to conduct business negotiations with KOL , and confirm the details of cooperation matters;
4. Starting from the overall goal of the project, reasonably plan cooperation matters, including cooperation price, cooperation cycle, cooperation form, etc., and support the project goal in the most cost-effective way;
5. Maintain high-quality KOL resources to achieve the goal of long-term cooperation;
6. Those with overseas business development and KOL resources in Southeast Asian countries are preferred;
