Responsibilities _
1. Responsible for the collection and review of the recruitment needs of the project team, monitoring and reporting the recruitment progress
2. Responsible for the management of personnel information files of the project team, ensuring the accuracy of personnel information of employees and system personnel information, and updating personnel related reports in real time
3. Responsible for the management of employee relations in the project team, responsible for the inventory of local talents, the implementation and implementation of employee incentive and development policies
4. Responsible for project team labor cost monitoring
5. Complete other related tasks assigned by the project team
