Recruitment requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, economics, accounting, real estate;
2. At least six years of working experience in real estate investment and expansion in medium and large real estate development companies, including more than three years of experience in senior managers, directors or team leaders;
3. Familiar with the local real estate industry and market conditions;
4. Have successful personal-led project investment development experience;
5. Possess strong investment analysis capabilities, investment project evaluation, market research, and macro-environmental analysis capabilities, be able to conduct market and industry research, draw up project investment plans, provide basis for investment decisions, and be able to independently write business plans and project approvals research analysis;
6. There are rich channels for obtaining project information and a certain reserve of project resources;
7. Have a good team spirit and strong communication skills, negotiation skills, strong sense of responsibility, strong sense of teamwork


Responsibilities _

1. Provide professional advice for the chairman to make decisions on major decisions such as the company's investment direction and investment intensity, the pace of development of the group's existing land, and deep cultivation of key cities. Determine the establishment of a new company, draft nomination proposals for the general manager of the company and other senior management personnel and other important positions, such as employment, dismissal, and salary determination;
2. Responsible for the investment and development of the real estate sector of the group, and assist the sales management center, engineering management center, operation management center and other departments to carry out their work;
3. Formulate the position structure and responsibilities of the department; supervise the secretary of the chairman to formulate the itinerary plan, follow up the feedback and organize the supervision items, assign them to relevant departments for implementation and do a good job of follow-up and implementation;
4. Supervise the implementation of the department's land sales, procedures, information collection, etc., and assess the relevant personnel of the department to review, supervise, assess, and inspect the company's various development plans and implementation results;
5. Sort out the group's land information and establish land files, and make preliminary preparations for project development; master the company's overall operating status, and provide first-hand materials for the chairman to make timely business decisions;
6. Cooperate with the finance department and the legal department to complete the legal procedures such as the equity participation of the cooperative company;
7. Cooperate with the financing department to prepare the project business plan;
8. Cooperate with the operation management center to do a good job in land management and follow-up takeover of project development;
9. Cooperate with the regional project management center to do a good job in the early stage team formation of regional development and construction;
10. Handle other affairs assigned by the chairman.
