Recruitment requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, civil engineering, marketing and other related majors; male or female, 3-5 years of real estate sales experience;
2. English can be used as a working language, and experience in real estate sales management in the Philippines or Southeast Asia is preferred;
3. Have well-known real estate developers or project sales management experience;
4. Familiar with real estate marketing operation skills and processes;
5. Enrich sales channel resources and development capabilities.

Responsibilities _

1. Follow up and monitor the competition strategy of the same industry, understand the effective demand of the consumer market and channel market, and provide scientific strategic decision-making basis for the overall development of the company.
2. Guarantee the smooth implementation of the overall reception and sales process of the channel dealers to introduce customers, and promote the achievement of the best sales results;
3. Lead the formulation of sales channel development strategies and implementation plans, strive to expand distribution channel resources, and negotiate with important channel partners to assist the company in establishing a strong sales channel network;
4. Cooperate with cooperative channel providers to carry out pre-related project training work, and supervise the smooth development of their follow-up sales related work to ensure the rapid and effective continuous introduction of the overall customer source; 2. Supervise channel contracts, sales contracts, financial bills, and customer information Timely and accurate archiving of important sales materials;
5. Responsible for connecting with channel providers, cooperating with the company's financial department, arranging customers to pay the house payment according to the contract, and ensuring that the sales payment is paid back on time;
6. Formulate a reasonable work management mechanism for the internal team, and carry out daily management work, regularly conduct performance appraisals for subordinates, and reasonably control the turnover rate of subordinate employees;
7. Formulate a scientific training mechanism for the internal team, and conduct relevant professional training and phased training, continuously improve the professional quality of the sales team, and create an excellent sales team;
8. Put forward rationalized and executable suggestions on the development and operation of the company and its departments, and actively participate in matters related to the company's development.
