Recruitment requirements

1. Have agency resources in the online game or chess and card game industry, experience in network promotion and marketing, able to lead a team and fight.
2. Have ideals and ambitions, resist pressure, abuse, and blows, have a strong heart, and be flexible.
3. College degree or above, more than 5 years of network recommendation work experience in the chess and card industry market, including at least 2 years of market personnel management experience;
4. Possess a sensitive insight into the chess and card game market and a good business idea, have rich experience in marketing and Internet marketing planning, and have certain network and media resources;
5. Familiar with the operation mechanism of the brand, have profound copywriting planning skills, strong planning and creative ability, and comprehensive organization and coordination management ability;
Remark:
1. Priority will be given to candidates in the Philippines. If you are willing to go abroad in China, you can arrange an office in Thailand/Malaysia/Dubai.
2. Report directly to the CEO, with good room for improvement. If you have done similar business before, you can also recommend some experience and resources in agency maintenance.
3. There is no restriction on nationality, as long as the Chinese language is relatively good, and there are certain agency resources, it can be promoted.
4. Preference is given to those who need chess and card experience

Job Responsibilities

1. Undertake the company's performance goals and provide feasible strategic support for the realization of performance goals;
2. Analyze market demand, formulate short, medium and long-term network promotion marketing plans according to the company's brand and product characteristics, and implement network promotion and marketing work;
3. Plan, organize and implement the overall marketing activities of Internet promotion, and be proficient in Internet products, models and marketing methods;
4. Have in-depth understanding and successful practical experience in network product planning, promotion and operation process;
5. Sorting and analysis of market network promotion and marketing data, brand promotion and effect monitoring of marketing activities;
6. The daily management of the marketing department of marketing network promotion, formulating relevant management systems and work specifications;

1. 24 working days of paid annual leave
