Recruitment requirements
- High school education or above, major is not limited.
- More than 1 year of work experience, experience in online sales and customer service is preferred.
- Familiar with the Internet, familiar with the use of network communication tools and various office software.
- Computer typing speed 50 words/minute.
- Have strong communication skills, anti-pressure ability and teamwork ability.
- Proficiency in Chinese communication and reading and writing skills.
- For Malay and Taiwanese nationals, Malay is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for pre-sales, sales and assisting merchants to understand the operation and use of the after-sales system.
- Assist customers with any online needs and questions and feedback to relevant departments for processing.
- Use effective means of communication and communication strategies to maintain a good relationship with merchants.
- Assist merchants in various aspects of analysis and evaluation, and assist merchants in increasing their turnover.
- Regularly conduct return visits to customers, understand and collect customer demand information, and submit to relevant departments to optimize the company's system.
