Recruitment requirements
1. More than 3 years of work experience, design-related majors, solid art foundation
2. The brain is rich in creativity, has ideas, can grasp the current design trend, keenly capture hot current affairs information, and apply it to characters, fashion, mounts and other content to conceive and design.
3. Good communication and understanding skills, strong sense of responsibility and execution, able to work under pressure.
4. Have independent learning ability, like to delve into design performance, and love to communicate and share.
Responsibilities _
1. Understand Chinese culture and two-dimensional popular culture, be good at national style design, and be able to skillfully and independently carry out pan-Chinese style character design, vertical painting and other original painting design. Have an open mind.
2. It is necessary to work closely with the main artist to formulate the concept style of the game. Solid basic skills, good modeling ability, strong design ability, excellent color.
3. Able to understand planning documents well, understand and discuss conceptual design. Clarify the visual design points of the role.
2. Like to play various games, be able to experience different types of gameplay, and be able to extend divergent styles.
4. Participate in specific original painting design tasks, formulate quality standards and specifications, and participate in audits; can clearly and orderly sort out contract issuance and feedback content, and guide art outsourcing personnel to improve design effects.
5. Have good language expression ability and cooperative attitude, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
Bonus point 1: Have basic graphic design and typesetting skills, and it is better if you have basic skills related to GUI.
Bonus point 2: Experience in illustration, participation in cards, horizontal battles and other types of projects is preferred.
Bonus point 3: Served as the main output of the original painting design of the project, and understand ACG (two-dimensional/anime) culture and related information.
Bonus point 4: I have a strong interest in ancient styles and two-dimensional cartoon themes. Research on classical clothing and new Chinese fashion, and good at fashion design is preferred.
