Recruitment requirements
1. More than 8 years of experience in risk control in financial institutions such as banks, trusts, funds, investment banks, guarantee companies, small loan companies, more than 3 years of experience in risk control director, and more than 1 year of experience in risk management of online loans/SME loans is preferred;
2. Have rich experience in project approval and risk identification, familiar with the risk control process of credit business, and be able to independently carry out risk assessment and control of credit projects;
3. Possess strong analytical ability and risk prevention ability, as well as strong risk prevention awareness and strong risk identification ability;
4. Have a deep understanding and unique insights into the financial industry, and have the ability to analyze industry development;
5. Clear thinking, strong logic, and strategic forward-looking thinking, strong judgment and decision-making ability, interpersonal communication and coordination ability, planning and execution ability?, strong work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility.
Responsibilities _
1. Fully in charge of the company's business risk control work, formulate risk control plans, and build a business risk assessment and prevention system;
2. Responsible for organizing and participating in project review, and put forward risk prevention suggestions according to specific situations;
3. Assist in establishing and improving the risk management process to control project risks;
4. Responsible for supervising and inspecting project supervision, putting forward risk warnings, and controlling project risks;
5. Responsible for establishing and maintaining the risk management information database and establishing a business risk recovery mechanism;
6. Responsible for regular inspection and management of business department work compliance, and monitor the analysis of various business risks and the formulation of preventive measures;
7. Responsible for organizing pre-event risk review, in-process risk control, and post-event risk inspection, and issuing risk warning reminders and risk assessment reports.
