According to the nationality of the workers and the nationality of the laborers, the labor salary standards are different. In the UAE's labor market, foreign labor services occupy a crucial position. Foreign workers account for 90% of the UAE labor market. In some private sectors, 99% of employees are foreigners, mainly from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, Egypt, and other countries.

- Medical insurance premiums: 3,000 Dirham, equivalent to RMB 5,400 (one year); accident insurance: 700 Dirham, equivalent to RMB 1,260;
- Accommodation: collective accommodation (labor camp);
- Go to the UAE flight ticket: 6,000-15,000 yuan; 20 days or 2 months of annual leave; salary;
- Monthly salary: 2,000 Dirham - 35,000 Dirham.
As the minimum personal safety guarantee for foreign migrant workers, the cost of occupying the mainstream of migrant workers is relatively low and can be accepted by local enterprises. At the same time, with the gradual maturity of the relevant system, the benefits of migrant workers are gradually becoming better when employees can be accepted.
